WEB SUPPORT

For minor adjustments to your website, ROXTAR has set up a dedicated support department. You pay a fixed, low monthly fee, so you won’t encounter unexpected costs later. Below you can read what is standard within the support package.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN WEB SUPPORT?

Web support includes all minor changes that our first-line support can perform within 30 minutes. You can count on a maximum of 6 hours per year. This mainly concerns text and image adjustments. Examples include:

Minor website maintenance:

  • Adjusting opening hours (e.g., in footer, body, sidebar, or header)
  • Adjusting, replacing, or deleting texts
  • Adding photos to a page
  • Changing prices on the website
  • Adjusting the menu (adding or removing items)
  • Creating or deleting an Office365 email address
  • Setting up Office365 email on a (new) computer

And minor webshop adjustments:

  • Adding products, categories, or projects
  • Posting a news item or blog (provided text, not written by us)
  • All other changes that can be completed within 30 minutes

Not included:

More complex requests:

  • Installing a newsletter module
  • Designing or sending newsletters
  • Adding subscribers to a mailing list
  • Designing banners or sliders
  • Editing photos
  • Optimizing the ordering process in the webshop
  • Website optimization (technical or content-related)
  • Writing texts
  • Developing a new design

Not included: Time-consuming changes:

Webshop adjustments, such as:

  • Setting up or updating inventory management
  • Importing or exporting products
  • Building extra functionalities in the CMS
  • Adjusting packing slips or invoices
  • Adding extra options to the ordering process
  • Setting up new filters or variations in the webshop

Not included New style requests:

Style adjustments within the current design, such as:

  • Adjustments to the current design (such as mobile menus)
  • Formatting or adjusting tables
  • Changing website fonts or colors
  • Adjusting or customizing contact forms
  • Adding extra elements to the header (buttons, address, etc.)
  • Pagespeed optimization
  • Installing Google Shopping or other e-commerce modules
  • Setting up Google Analytics
  • Adding language modules

Work outside of support

If a change request does not fall under web support, we will always contact you beforehand for approval. You will then receive a price indication and an estimated delivery date. After your approval, we will schedule the work. For work outside the support package, an hourly rate of €110,- excluding VAT applies.

Availability

Our support department is available Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You can speak to someone directly by phone, and we answer emails on weekdays within 24 hours. If we cannot fulfill a request immediately, we will always let you know right away when it will be done.
