ROXTAR has set up a special support department for smaller adjustments to your website. You pay a fixed, low monthly amount for this, so you will not be faced with unexpected costs afterwards. Below you can read what is included as standard within the support.
By web support we mean all minor changes that our first-line support can carry out within 30 minutes. You can count on a maximum of 6 hours per year. This mainly concerns text and image adjustments. Examples of this are:Minor website maintenance:Adjust opening hours (e.g.

If a change request is not covered by web support, we will always contact you in advance for approval. You will then receive a price indication and an expected delivery date. After your approval, we will schedule the work. For work outside the support package, an hourly rate of €110, excluding VAT, applies.
Our support department is available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.You will speak to someone immediately by telephone, and we answer emails within 24 hours on workingdays. If it isnot possible to carry out a request immediately, we will always let you know immediately when this does happen.
