Qualident wanted to generate more consultation requests for cosmetic dentistry in Amsterdam, clearly emphasize their affordable proposition, and fill their schedule more evenly. We implemented Google Ads as a growth engine, with campaigns that directly address the clinic’s main treatments and benefits, such as high-quality care in the Netherlands, their own laboratory, competitive prices, and installment payments without interest or BKR (Dutch Credit Registration). This positioning aligns perfectly with the message of the website, which focuses on price advantage, quality, and accessibility.

Objective

The focus was on increasing the number of relevant consultation requests in the Amsterdam region for composite and E-max veneers, zirconium crowns, implants, and teeth whitening. In addition, we wanted to strengthen Qualident’s core proposition: high-quality cosmetic dentistry in the Netherlands, with transparent prices and the option to pay in installments without interest or BKR.

Approach

The campaigns are set up per treatment and search intent, so that people who are actively looking for a specific treatment directly land on a page that delivers on that same promise. In the ad copy, we emphasize the benefits of Qualident, such as their own dental laboratory, competitive rates compared to foreign alternatives, and flexible payment options. Conversions are measured on consultation requests, phone calls, form submissions, and WhatsApp contact, so that optimization is based on actual requests and not just clicks.

Results

The Google Ads campaigns ensure a constant flow of qualitative leads from Amsterdam and the surrounding area. The number of impressions increased by 67 percent, which directly contributed to a greater reach within the target group. The cost per conversion decreased by 83 percent, allowing Qualident to acquire new consultations much more efficiently. At the same time, the conversion rate is 21 percent, which indicates that the ads are well aligned with the search intent and that visitors are more likely to take action.

We measure conversions on form submissions, call clicks, and appointments, and optimize for cost per lead and appointment probability. Continuous A/B testing on headlines and descriptions keeps the click rate high and ensures a stable flow of consultation requests from Amsterdam and the surrounding area.

In all communications, we emphasize what distinguishes Qualident: treatments take place in the Netherlands, prices are transparent, and those who wish can pay in installments without interest or BKR. This makes the step to a consultation small and increases the conversion rate from both brand and non-brand searches.
