Objective
Apollo Beauty wants to be found more easily by people who are specifically looking for laser treatments and skin improvement in and around Rotterdam. The goal: more relevant visitors to the site, and converting those visitors into consultations and bookings. We focus on a more constant inflow via form and telephone, lower costs per lead, and an evenly filled schedule throughout the week.
Approach
Focus on social media ads on Facebook and Instagram to quickly realize more requests in the Rotterdam region. Campaigns per treatment and target group, with separate sets for cold target groups, retargeting and lookalikes. Creatives: short videos and before-after visuals with clear benefits, price indications and a clear call-to-action. Meta Pixel and Conversions API measure form submissions and call clicks as conversions. We continuously test headlines, visuals and target groups, focus on costs per lead, and monitor frequency and weekly budget. Landing pages are content-related to the advertisement and load quickly, so that visitors can book or call directly.
Results
In the last 30 days, direct leads increased by 26 percent, the CTR by 27 percent and the landing page views by 35 percent. The campaigns delivered 939 clicks, with an average CPC of ⬠0.64 and a Link CTR of 0.86 percent. The reach grew from 7,822 to 16,480, approximately +111 percent, and the number of clicks increased from 237 to 939, approximately +296 percent. This shows that higher media spending actually leads to more visibility and more traffic, while the quality of the visit remains at the same level.

For Apollo Beauty, the focus was on more relevant requests at lower costs. We have set up Meta campaigns per treatment, focused on Rotterdam and the surrounding area. Target groups are built up from location, interests and lookalikes. Creatives are continuously tested, with short videos, before-after visuals and clear benefits. We focused on conversion and landing page views and kept budget, CPM and CPC under tight control.
We advertised at times when the target group is active and connected advertisements to landing pages per treatment. Retargeting captured website visitors and engagers with a suitable follow-up offer. This is how we built scale without unnecessary pressure on costs.
In the last 30 days, the number of direct leads increased by 26 percent to 34. The CTR increased by 27 percent and the average CPC was ⬠0.64, allowing us to bring in more traffic for less cost. We recorded 939 clicks in total and 39 landing page views, an increase of 35 percent. The scaling can be seen in the reach, from 7,822 to 16,480 (+111 percent), and in the click volume, from 237 to 939 (+296 percent).
