WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Marketing Manager, you are the linchpin between strategy and operations. You provide direction, monitor progress, and keep clients and the team on track. No fluff – you ensure impact.

YOU:

  • Manages the marketing team (SEO, SEA, Social, Web development, Project Management).
  • Plans and monitors activities and client journeys.
  • Performs quality checks on campaigns and deliverables.
  • Holds check-ins and assesses personal development plans (PDPs).
  • Maintains client contact and handles complaints professionally.
  • Optimizes processes (SOPs, Monday CRM, internal workflow).
  • Reports to the management on progress, performance, and team development.
  • Assists with SEO or Paid Ads when needed.
  • Actively contributes to the strategic growth of ROXTAR.

YOU ARE…

  • A marketer with at least 4 years of agency experience.
  • Experienced in leadership or coordination (team lead/manager).
  • Hands-on in SEO and/or Paid Ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads).
  • Familiar with social ads and conversion optimization (preferred).
  • Strong in organization, structure, and quality.
  • Proficient with tools like Monday or similar project management software.
  • Communicatively strong and people-oriented: you motivate and delegate responsibility.
  • Flexible and willing to work operationally as well.
