You pay a fixed, low monthly fee, so you won&#8217;t encounter unexpected costs later. You can count on a maximum of 6 hours per year. This mainly concerns text and image adjustments. Examples include:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minor website maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adjusting opening hours (e.g., in footer, body, sidebar, or header)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjusting, replacing, or deleting texts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding photos to a page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changing prices on the website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjusting the menu (adding or removing items)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating or deleting an Office365 email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting up Office365 email on a (new) computer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>And minor webshop adjustments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adding products, categories, or projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posting a news item or blog (provided text, not written by us)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All other changes that can be completed within 30 minutes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"niet-inbegrepen\"><strong>Not included:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>More complex requests:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Installing a newsletter module<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing or sending newsletters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding subscribers to a mailing list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designing banners or sliders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Editing photos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optimizing the ordering process in the webshop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website optimization (technical or content-related)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Writing texts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing a new design<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Not included: Time-consuming changes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Webshop adjustments, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Setting up or updating inventory management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Importing or exporting products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building extra functionalities in the CMS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjusting packing slips or invoices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding extra options to the ordering process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting up new filters or variations in the webshop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Not included<\/strong> <strong>New style requests:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Style adjustments within the current design, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Adjustments to the current design (such as mobile menus)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatting or adjusting tables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Changing website fonts or colors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adjusting or customizing contact forms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding extra elements to the header (buttons, address, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pagespeed optimization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installing Google Shopping or other e-commerce modules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Setting up Google Analytics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adding language modules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Work outside of support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a change request does not fall under web support, we will always contact you beforehand for approval. You will then receive a price indication and an estimated delivery date. After your approval, we will schedule the work. For work outside the support package, an hourly rate of \u20ac110,- excluding VAT applies.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our support department is available Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You can speak to someone directly by phone, and we answer emails on weekdays <strong>within 24 hours<\/strong>.
